PZ3 Live is a premier annual expo that provides an independent B2B program for attendees to engage in both the veterinary and pet technology markets. It is an event dedicated to showcasing innovative and life-saving animal health technologies. It is a transformative event that provides the finest opportunity for future-focused veterinary professionals, veterinary technology companies, and pet technology companies to come together to learn, network, collaborate, and discover the latest advancements in animal health technology.

The event offers emerging technology sessions, an exhibit hall with live product demonstrations, and a capstone Technology & Innovation Awards program. The conference program will focus on themes such as: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), Data & Communications, Telemedicine, and Practice Management Software.

PZ3 Live is produced by PetZONE360™ and its staff who are committed to helping veterinarians and veterinary professionals improve practice efficiency and making pets happy and healthy.

A 50% non-refundable Exhibit Space fee of the total is due at the time of booking to hold the space in the Exhibitor's name until the full payment is received. If paying by company check, ACH, or Wire Transfer, payment must be received within 15 days net upon receipt of the invoice. If the 50% non-refundable deposit is not received on the due date, booth space may be released. Full payment is due on Friday, January 24, 2025. Any new reservations received after Thursday, January 23, 2025, require full payment.

Note: The space reservation is not secured until the 50% deposit or full payment is remitted, and the signed Exhibit Space Application and Rules & Regulations are received and accepted by PetZONE360.

A. Cancellation & Refund
A 50% refund (if already paid in full) may be eligible if notice is received in writing by Thursday, January 23, 2025. Send cancellation notice to support@petzone360.com

If you cancel or reduce your PZ3 Live booth, you may apply your available credit in any combination as follows:

  1. Sponsorship/Advertising
  2. Upgrade Virtual Booths2GO to medium, large, or custom
  3. Deposit for PZ3 Live 2025
  4. Refund

Please send your request in writing via email at support@petzone360.com or through our contact form and you will receive a confirmation within 48-72 hours.

Exhibitor Badges


Exhibitor badge ordering will open on Tuesday, February 2, 2025. The PZ3 Live Exhibitor Badge Policy is available online for your reference. Badges may be picked up at the Main Registration area at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas. We recommend using your badge allotment first and ordering anything above your allotment onsite or once you are sure that those additional badges will be used. Once badges are printed, no refund will be provided.

Please note that Exhibit Guest registration is only available onsite.

The Expo @ WMCLV does not accept advanced freight, nor does it accept any mail or shipments for event exhibitors or attendees. If shipments are desired, it is recommended that you have the items shipped to your attention at your hotel or you ship in accordance with the event guidelines. Please contact support@petzone360.com for additional assistance.

Due to the Southern Nevada Health District and alcohol permitting, we require all food and beverage(s) to be ordered and served through Centerplate. If there are additional questions related to this, please contact PZ3 Live with our contact us form.

Restrooms are conveniently located in the pre-function corridor; main foyer; and inside each exhibit hall.

There are many ways to get to The Expo at WMCLV from Harry Reid International Airport. Taxis are available outside baggage claim; rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available from level 2M of the Terminal 1 Parking Garage or the Valet level of the Terminal 3 parking garage.

Parking will be $5.00 per vehicle (no in/out privileges). The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas has covered and surface lot parking options, which are subject to event parking fees. For event parking fees, please refer to the specific event's website for additional information. On-site Garage: Self-parking is available in our 3,100-space on-site parking garage, accessible from W. Symphony Park Avenue between Martin Luther King Boulevard and S. Grand Central Parkway. It is also accessible on Bonneville near the I-15 overpass between Grand Central Parkway and Martin Luther King Blvd.

The overall WMCLV campus has a 24/7 security station on site. During an event, First Aid services are available through the specific show management’s contracted EMT/Medic. In the event of an Emergency, please call (702) 599-3091. Please DO NOT call 911 directly as this could delay our response time. Inside The Expo at WMCLV, there are several red emergency phones placed throughout the pre-function space and exhibit halls.

The Expo has two permanent grab n' go food areas, one in each exhibit hall. Old Soul, an onsite restaurant, located in the Las Vegas Design Center (Building A), will be available based on their operation hours. See site at oldsoul.chefnatalieyoung.com.

The Cheesecake Factory, www.thecheesecakefactory.com, is directly south of the campus, located at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets North.

The Expo at WMCLV and International Market Centers ("IMC") works to comply with nondiscrimination requirements that prohibit exclusion, segregation, and unequal treatment and promote effective communication with people with hearing, vision, or speech disabilities; and other access requirements. IMC recognizes that service animals are helpful to those individuals with disabilities, providing independence and improving their overall quality of life. IMC welcomes individuals and their service animal(s) to each of our campuses; however, it is NOT our policy for individuals to bring their animals to the campus for the simple fact of companionship and comfort. Individuals who do not adhere to that which has been set forth above and whose intent it is to bend the rules for their own purpose are strongly discouraged from entering our campuses.

The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas, along with the WMCLV campus, are non-smoking facilities. Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings at ALL TIMES. Designated smoking areas can be located in areas throughout the building exteriors, away from high-traffic areas.

Please note: These are City of Las Vegas and Clark County Fire Department guidelines. All exits and exit aisles must be kept clear and unobstructed. No furniture, signs, easels, chairs or displays may protrude into aisles unless shown on the Fire Marshal approved floor plan. Designated "No Freight" aisles must be maintained clear of crates and exhibit materials during move-in and move-out. PZ3 Live provides housing arrangements at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas. To obtain a special group rate, identify yourself as being with PZ3 Live or PetZONE360 Live. We encourage you to book early for the best selection and rates. Guest may call Call Toll-Free: 1-800-331-5731 to make individual hotel reservations. When booking reservations over the phone, guests must mention the following group code: GSPET25

The "cut-off date" for accepting reservations into this group block is Monday, March 25, 2025. Reservation requests and/or name/date change requests received after 5:00 p.m. PDT at hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted based on rate and/or category availability.

Exclusive for PZ3 Live Attendees: Discounted Daily Resort Fee: $25/day plus applicable taxes (from $38/day)

Fee Includes:

  • Self-parking
  • Two (2) bottled waters per day
  • Access to the fitness center for two people daily (a value of $20/person/day), does not include wet areas inside of the spa.
  • In-room internet access; up to two (2) devices/day (a value of $14.99/day)
  • Printing of boarding passes at Front Desk or Box Office
