Who can attend PZ3 Live?

All veterinary professionals including; veterinary practice owners, veterinary practice managers, veterinary nurses, and veterinary students, along with technology companies and entrepreneurs serving the veterinary and the pet industry. Veterinarians must register as a Veterinarian. Attendees must be 18 years or older. Attendees less than 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or registered attendee. Senior Veterinarian or Non-practicing Veterinarian receives a discount. See Registration Pricing Table.

The Expo at The World Market Center Las Vegas is approximately 8.8 miles from the airport. We recommend taking a Taxi.

Is my registation transferrable?

Yes, it is transferrable to a colleague or friend and must be used the same year. Or, credits can be saved and used for the following year only.

Can I bring a guest to PZ3 Live?

Yes, exhibitors may bring a guest to PZ3 Live. Maximum number of guests per exhibitor is two (2), one (1) adult guest badge (18 years old and above) and one (1) minor guest badge (under 18 years old). The fee for the adult guest badge is $50. Access to the Expo Hall is allowed. No access to sessions.

Are CE credits for sessions provided during PZ3 Live?

Yes, continuing eduction credits will be provided for most sessions offered at PZ3 Live. Total number of CE hours to be determined.

Do I need to register for sessions?

Yes, we encourage everyone to register for sessions so that we can determine room capacity. We ask that you cancel your sessions if your schedule changes to give other attendees the opportunity to reserve their space. Sessions are first-come, first-served.

Are virtual sessions available during the event?

Certain sessions will be available live and pre-recorded and available at www.pz3live.com.

PZ3 Live provides housing arrangements at the Golden Nugget Resort & Casino Las Vegas. Reserve your room within the PZ3 Live room block to receive discounted and negotiated rates. The hotel rooms availability is limited, so please reserve your room early. Availability is on a first come, first-served basis. Exhibitor badge ordering will open on Tuesday, February 2, 2024. Please visit the Expo Portal to order your booth personnel badges. Expo Portal will open soon.

Badges may be picked up at the Main Registration area at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas.

We recommend using your badge allotment first and order additional above your allotment onsite or once you are sure that those additional badges will be used. Once badges are printed, no refund will be provided.

Each exhibitor receives one (1) small virtual booth as part of their exhibitor package. The PetZONE360 3D Virtual Booth (Booths2GO) is an immersive and interactive platform that uses advanced simulation and gamification technology to recreate and capture the experience of being at a live trade show event. It supplements PZ3 Live by expanding its renowned expo hall 24/7, every day of the year. Visitors can access Booths2GO and experience the entirety of an exhibiting company’s virtual booth, talk live with company representatives, view and download content into their “virtual backpack,” watch webinars and videos and even load up on all the free giveaways.

What is the Refund Policy?

Attendees may cancel their registration less a $50 processing fee, if cancellation notice is received in writing, 72 hours before the event begins (midnight of April 23, 2024). Any request for cancellation after this date will not be honored. Send cancellation notice to support@petzone360.com. Please note other fees associated with cancellations, insufficient funds, or registration transfers.
